This is a lighthouse on the way Big Sur
According to the sign, the lighthouse is only open once a week and tours are given on a first come, first serve basis.
On the way to Big Sur
The road to Big Sur was blocked by a massive mudslide so we turned around somewhere around here.
I was impressed by this guy's large format camera.
Couldn't quite figure out what he was taking a picture of though.
This area is east of I-5, south of Firebaugh California and it is extensive
If you had some time to spend and had a couple lawn chairs and lunch, I imagine you would see quite a lot.
Literally hundreds if not thousands of these guys.
A Killdear
This was in early April and the Sierras got pounded again.
Made for a challenging trip on the way back home.
