2000 - Milken Award Winner

A fellow teacher was cleaning out her desk the other day and came across these photos: Presentation of the Milken Award by Pendry Clark, the superintendent at the time. Congratulations!  An extraordinary achievement.. Governor Kenny Guinn,  Debbie and Pendry Clark. Debbie prepping to say something.  The man on the right is from the Milken Foundation. The award was  followed up with an all expenses paid trip to Los Angeles, where the formal awards were presented.  It was an impressive event.
