Mystery Bush - Tree





This cropped up a couple years ago.  I do not remember if it came up as a tree or
as a shrub.  I've hacked it back each fall and this last year I got curious.

To date, no one has been able to identify it.

It kind of reminds me of an oak leaf.  The leaves are quite shiny - almost waxy looking.
